I don't think the straw part is necessary... but this mod can be used for most cartridges. Try it & save more money!!!
DO NOT CUT or RE-SIZE the plug to fit into the cart!
Compress the wick to make a compact wad-- it is not meant to be slid down the length of the cart longways.
The wad-- is
actually a plug that should resemble the size of a pea, which is then
inserted into the cart until flush with the rim of the cart... it should
be a very snug fit, not loose or airy at all.
The intention of the BPM (black plug
mod) is to give more free
room in the cart to hold more liquid by plugging the cart opening only
& not take up cart space by extending down into it.
When
refilling with the BPM I normally shove the plug to the bottom of the
cart well w/ a pair of tweezers, then fill with liquid till just about
full, then slowly pull the plug back up into place-- flush with the rim
of the cart, with said tweezers.
This method can be used for all makes of atomizers. Of course it helps immensely if you have a MANUAL BATTERY w/ a full charge.
I suggest blowing any excess E-liquid from the atty B4 doing the dry burn.
THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED to do as an everyday cleaning, more like a bi-weekly kinda thing.
A low resistance atty is used for those that are looking for an increase in vapor production from a 3.7v device without going to a HV (High Voltage) mod PV.
A LR atty will draw more power from a stock PV battery, which will increase the frequency in which you charge your batteries & decrease battery life cycle.
